Time differences you can trust

The next clock change for every city

Each city shows when its clocks change next and the difference afterwards. New York, for example, falls back at 2:00 a.m. on November 1, 2026 (NIST).

The 2026 changes are included

British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba stopped changing their clocks in 2026, and Morocco moved to UTC+0 for good on September 20 (IANA time zone data, checked Oct 14, 2026). If your browser's data is older, this site uses the corrected values and tells you.

Find hours when everyone is at work

Work hours are 9:00 to 18:00 local time, Monday to Friday. A cell is filled when an hour-long meeting starting then fits everyone's work hours. Public holidays are not included.

Questions people ask

Why does the time difference change during the year?

Daylight saving time. Many places move their clocks an hour forward in summer, so the gap to places without it changes by an hour. Each city shows its next change.

Which places stopped changing their clocks in 2026?

According to the IANA time zone data, British Columbia, Alberta, the Northwest Territories and Manitoba in Canada stay on one time all year from 2026, and Morocco is on UTC+0 all year from September 20, 2026.

My city is not in the list.

Try a larger city in the same country. Cities in the same time zone show the same time, so Osaka matches Tokyo.

What counts as work hours in the meeting planner?

9:00 to 18:00 local time, Monday to Friday. A cell is filled when an hour-long meeting starting then fits everyone's work hours. Public holidays are not included.
